Flynn's pancakes

Ingredients
1.0 cup Flour, white4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving Orange Juice - 8oz. glass1.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 dash Salt
Directions
Separate eggs. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and combine with whisk. Add egg yolks and orange juice. Stir until combined. Put egg whites in mixer and mix until egg whites are stiff. Gently fold egg whites in to mixture. Use 1/3 of cup measure for batter. Cook on heated griddle that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
