3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.75 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese
Mix 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir in 1 egg (and any spices to flavor the crust).
Roll out on parchment paper. Use a piece of parchment paper to spread out on parchment paper. Poke holes to prevent bubbles. Cook at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Then add whatever topping you choose - cook for another 10 minutes.
