Crab and Spinach Bisque

1 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed7 oz chicken broth1 can crabmeat, drained2 tbsp margarine1/2 c chopped onion2 tbsp chopped celery2 tbsp chopped green bell pepper1 tbsp flour12 oz evaporated skim milk1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce1 bay leaf1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/8 tsp dried basil1/8 tsp dried thyme
Process spinach and chicken broth until smooth.
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat; add onion, celery and bell pepper, and saute until soft. Add flour and cook 1 minute until smooth, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir in milk and cook stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Stir in spinach mixture, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in crabmeat and cook until heated. Do not boil.
