Anzac Biscuit (an Australian favourite)

Ingredients
0.5 cup Plain Flour 0.5 cup Rolled Oats0.5 cup Desiccated Cocunut50 gm butter1 tblspn Golden Syrup1 tspn Baking Powder1 tblspn warm water
Directions
- mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- melt butter and syrup and water together
- add wet to dry and mix well
- on a greased tray place 12 spoonfuls, press with a fork to flatten
- bake 150 degrees C 10-15 mins until golden
-cool on the tray
