perfect tuna with crispy vegetables

Ingredients
1 can tuna in water1 medium tomato4 tbsp. FF italianpepper and saltdill carrotsonions cucumbersYou can add vegetables you like and omit ones that don't agree with you
Directions
Drain Tuna
Chop veggies into small cubes
Mix with chopped veggies
add dill, pepper, and salt to your discretion
mix in italian.

Stays up to 2 days in fridge because of dressing and vegetables make it soggy.
If you want ti to last longer put lemon in it and add tomatoes and italian only when about to use.

put on sandwich, crackers, pita, or salad.!!

if feeling adventurous you can add cheese and cooking in a quesadilla or grilled sandwich.
