Ingredients
1 c. applesauce1 1/2 c. Splenda1 tsp. vanilla extract3 large eggs1/2 tsp. sale2 tsp. cinnamon2 1/2 c. flour1 1/4 c. milk1/2 tsp. baking soda1 3.4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding1 1/2 tsp. baking powderPreheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine applesauce, sugar, vanilla, eggs, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add flour, milk, baking soda, pudding mix, and baking powder. Mix well. Grease 2 large loaf pans and sprinkle with a mixture of splenda and cinnamon if desired. Pour bread mixture and sprinkle any leftover splenda/cinnamon mixture on top. Bake for one hour.Add 1/3 c. chopped walnuts if desired. This recipe is also delicious with a banana added.

    sounds good...will try..although i thought it was going to be one with a starter,called freindship bread.you give freinds a bag of the starter to make theirs and to pass along also.before you know it,the whole town is talking about it!!!any one out their with the recipe??????thanks ahead of time!! - 6/17/08
