Ingredients
.5 cup Cream Cheese 56 gram(s) Simply Nature Virgin Coconut Oil (1tbsp 14 g) 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 4 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 3 fl oz Lemon Juice 4 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh .5 cup Blueberries, fresh .5 cup Raspberries
Directions
Melt cream cheese, cocnut oil, and stevia in a bowl in the microwave. Puree berries. Add lemone juice and berries to mixture. Add cocnut flour. Mix. Drop in mini cup cake wrappers or mini/tart muffin tins. Chill and store in fridge or freezer. Will melt due to cocnut oil.
