Ingredients
2 cup Blueberries, fresh 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1.5 cup Milk, 1% 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 serving Pure Protien Powder 1 scoop (by MRUBERG)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 Minutes. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
