Kimchi Chijimi

Ingredients
* Kimchi - Cabbage/Nappa, 4 tbsp * Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) * Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long) * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp * Rice Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp * Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preparation:
1. Peel the potato and soak in water for about 10 minutes
2. Chop Kimchi in small pieces and remove excess juice.

Making:
1. Remove potatoes from water and grate them into a bowl.
2. add chopped kimchi to the bowl
3. on a frying pan, spread the sesame oil at medium heat, then scoop the mixture with large spoon like pancakes.

Eat with soysauce and vinegar.
