green bean salad

Ingredients
4 serving Green Beans 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 0.5 tsp Basil 0.25 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
Directions
cook cut green beans in boiling water, if fresh, 5 mins until tender crisp. if using canned, just drain and rinse in cold water. combine fresh lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in a small bowl whisk together. add beans and tomatoes toss to coat. then just before serving add in pine nuts.
