Fathead Pizza - Pepperoni

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese2.0 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup0.33 cup prego pizza sauce3.5 cup Great Value shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Add 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Microwave again 30 seconds and stir. Add beaten egg, almond flour, and seasonings of choice and stir. Place dough on parchment lined pizza pan and roll out. Poke holes in crust with fork and cook at 425 for 8 Add sauce and toppings, cook 10 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 8 single slice servings
