Ingredients
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 0.5 tsp Crushed Garlic (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 1 tsp Ginger, ground 5 cup Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock (by IAMDIOSA) 3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 732 grams Zucchini 1 tbsp Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce (by COREYMCLELLAN) 0.25 cup Carrots, raw, strips or grated (by JESSECO) 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
sautee mushrooms and garlic in oil. Add spiral zucchini noodles and sautee about five minutes, or until tender. add veg stock, carrots, ginger and soy sauce, heat to boiling, then simmer five minutes. top with green onion
