Ingredients
2.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap9.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2.0 serving Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta Elbows (Gluten Free)3.0 cup Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup, 1 cup(water added), 1/2 cup condensed soup alone28.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP4.0 oz Turkey, Ground, Butterball Everyday Fresh 93/71.5 oz Romano Cheese
Directions
Cook down onion in a pan with avocado oil, add garlic. Add turkey and preferred herbs to flavour. Add soup, water and worcestershire, bring to boil. Add pasta and cook for 20 mins or until sauce thickens. Serving Size: 5 1 cup servings
