No potato salad

Ingredients
0.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked0.5 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg0.3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw0.15 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving Claussen Kosher Dill Mini Pickles (1 pickle/23g)0.15 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard1.0 tbsp Hampton Creek - Just Mayo1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1 head cauliflower, 6 eggs, 3 stalks of celery, 1/4 red onion, 1" just maye, 1/2 to full jar of kosher dill pickles, 1 tsp yellow mustard. Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces then Steam till done or cook in pressure cooker for 2 minutes with 2 tablespoons of water and an 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Chop onion celery and dill pickles. Hard boil eggs allow to cool chop. Combine all ingredients in a bowl allow to to chill for 2 hours then serve
