Ingredients
6.5 cupPotato, raw (2 lb), skin on, cubed5 sprigs Parsley, chopped.5 tsp Salt 2 tbsp margarine, hard, blue bonnet
Directions
If skin is fresh and tender, leave on. Dice potatoes into bite-size pieces. Cover in water. Bring to boil, then simmer 15 min. Drain. Add margarine, salt, and fresh parsley, chopped. Mix till margarine is melted.
