3.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.5 cup Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted No Salt50.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw8.0 clove Garlic3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.25 tsp red pepper flakes0.5 tsp Salt4.0 oz Red Wine - Yellow Tail Merlot16.0 oz Great Range Ground Bison1.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared6.0 leaves Basil4.0 tbsp Rosemary2.0 tsp Thyme, fresh0.25 cup Tomato Paste
Brown first seven ingredients in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Add red wine, cook 3 more minutes.
Stir in Bison, cook about 5 minutes
Add chicken stock and tomatoes and herbs.
Pressure cook on high for 35 minutes.
Switch to slow cooker function, add tomato paste and 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper. Summer for 1 hour.
