Frozen Peanut Butter Cocoa Pops

Ingredients
1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter1.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened0.5 cup Lactaid 2% Milk (can substitute water or other liquid)0.5 tbsp Honey or other sweetener (optional)
Directions
1. Freeze banana overnight or for 2 hours max 2. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth 3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks 4. Freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight

Serving Size: Makes 10 small popsicles, 5 large ones.
