Cry-No-More Brownies (Trim Healthy Mama)

3/4 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 4 tbsp Canola Oil 3/4 cup Butter, salted 3/4 cup Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet 3 to 4 doonks of Pure Stevia Organic Extract Powder1 tsp Vanilla Extract Few shakes of mineral salt1/4 cup Almond Flour 1/4 cup Coconut Flour3/4 cup frozen, diced Okra (or 1 cup) 3 large Eggs
1. Preheat oven to 350 and coat. 8X8 or 7X9 pan with coconut spray.
2. Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pot with boiling water to melt
3. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT okra and eggs in a large bowl. Put eggs and okra in a blender and process until smooth
4. Add the puree to the bowl along with the melted butter and chocolate. Carefully stir to combine ingredients DO NOT overstir to keep the brownies moist.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes
NOTE:
Brownies are perfect left out of the fridge but the get super fudgy when refrigerated
