Gourmet yet healthier French Toast

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)2.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground8.0 slice, large (6" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough)0.25 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 cup Almond Coconut Milk (Silk) - 1cup (240ml)
Directions
Preheat griddle to 350. Spray with PAM. Meanwhile, beat all ingredients except bread together. Soak thick slices of French bread in egg mixture, turning at least once. Add bread to prepared griddle. Cover griddle loosely with a sheetvof foil, shiny side down. Cpok until browned and turn bread. Re-cover with foil and continue cooking until firm when pressed. Serving Size: Makes 8 large slices -nutrition is for 1 slice
