1.0 clove Garlic0.5 tsp Ginger Root8.0 leaf Bib Lettuce1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)1.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)6.0 oz Smart Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh0.06 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)0.12 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)1.0 tbsp Soy vey hoison sauce
Add your chicken thigh to a food processor and process until "ground".
Dice mushrooms, onions, ginger and garlic. Separately dice water chestnuts and green onion and set aside.
Add chicken, onions, mushrooms, ginger and garlic to a skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until chicken is done. Add all other ingredients. Storing over heat until well combined.
Remove from heat, add salt and pepper to taste. Take this "filling" and spoon it into lettuce leaves and eat.
