Ingredients
2.0 serving Minute Rice Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice 5 min (serv= 1c cooked rice)16.0 oz Ground beef2.0 serving Bob Evans - Original Pork Sausage Patties (2 pcs)12.0 leaf, large Cabbage, fresh2.0 cup Tomato juice, with salt added1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Make rice per instructions. Mix all ingredients except cabbage & tomato juice. Blanche cabbage leafs about 5 min until soft. Roll meat/rice mixture in cabbage leaves. Place in dish & pour juice over. Cover with foil & back 45 min at 350.
