Almond Flour Pancakes

1.5 cups Almond Flour 3 large Egg white, fresh 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol .5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
take the 3 large egg whites and beat them into stiff peaks. Half way through beating the eggs add the 3 tbsp sugar.
In a medium bowl sift the 1.5 cups of almond flour. Mix in the half of cup of milk and the vanilla.
Fold in the egg whites and cook in a pan or griddle until bottom is brown and then flip and cook another minute.
Serving Size: 4 servings of 3 2 inch pancakes
