- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
2 cups Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 36 drops EZ-Sweetz Liquid Sucralose 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 dash Salt
in a 1 quart jar that you have an air tight lid for, pour all the ingredients in, put on the lid and shake to combine. Refrigerate for a few hours until very cold. Make sure your bowl for your ice cream maker is frozen. Insert into you maker, turn it on. Pour mixture into the bowl of your ice cream maker, and churn! I have a Cuisinart and it takes about 20 minutes for soft serve. You can pour the ice cream into a cold quart container to place in the freezer if you like scoopable ice cream (don't forget the lid!). Low Carb and Luscious!
