Mousse au Chocolat (legere)

Ingredients
3 large Egg white, fresh 100 gram(s) NESTLES-DARK CHOCOLATE MORSELS (CHOCOLATE CHIPS) 3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
1. Melt the chocolate chips in double boiler
2. Beat egg whites until peaks are formed
3. Let chocolate cool just slightly, then add spoonfuls of egg whites to chocolate and gently blend
4. Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
