Ingredients
1/2 c chopped onion1 lb stew meat1/2 c waterNo yolk egg noodles1 can cream of mushroom1/2 c lowfat cream cheese3 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
Season meat. Mix all ingredients exept cream cheese and noodles in crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Add cream cheese in last 20 min of cooking time. Make noodles according to pkg directions.

    Very, very good!!! I actually layered the ingredients, putting the noodles on top of the meat, then the wet ingredients on top of that. I did not stir it until time to serve! Yummy! - 2/22/12
