Cabbage w/herb butter

Ingredients
1 med head cabbage, cut into wedges1/2 c country crock1/2 c minced chives1/4 c thinly sliced green onions1 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp dried thyme1/4 c shredded cheddar
Directions
Place cabbage in Dutch oven and cover with water; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese. Drain cabbage and drizzle w/herb butter; sprinkle w/cheese.

    tried this to-day with curly cabbage, will try it again with plain cabbage, it was pretty good not spicy enough will use more lemon juice next time - 2/10/09
