1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (reserve small amount of juice to dissolve pudding)1 (3oz) pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix6 oz cool whip free1 cups mini marshmallows1 cup fruit cocktail, drained1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drainedMarachino cherries
Dump instant pudding into large bowl. Add enough pineapple juice to dissolve, mix well. Add remaining fruit, mix well. Fold in cool whip. Cut cherries in half, place cherry halves on top as garnish. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
