Ingredients
3 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour (by TONYSUGARHILL) 1.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tbsp Butter, salted 8 oz Cream Cheese 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 8 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 2 tbsp organic great value coconut oil (by CHRISTYO68) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 36 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetner - adjusted carbs for erythritol (by BERIEDER)
Directions
Topping
1c almond flour
1t cinnamon
1/4c Pyure
1/8t salt
4Tbsp Butter

Cream Cheese Layer
8oz Cream Cheese
1 egg
1/8c Pyure

Cake Layer
2c Almond flour
1t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1/4t cinnamon
1/2t salt
3/4c Pyure
1/2c sour cream
2Tbsp coconut oil
2t vanilla extract
2 eggs
1c blueberries

preheat oven to 350degrees butter or oil 9x9 pan

Mix topping and set aside (crumbly)

Mix cream cheese layer & set aside

Mix dry ingredients of cake layer. Blend sour cream and other wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet and blend

Spread cake layer in pan.
Spread cream cheese on top.
Sprinkle with blueberries
Add topping

Bake at 30-40 minutes or toothpick comes out clean
Cool and slice into 16 servings
