Oven Pouch Chicken Breasts/Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 Pyrex pan and fill with water to about halfway up the chicken breast.
3. Cook in oven for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
4. Drain water, shred or dice chicken and season with salt and pepper.
