Ingredients
3 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 large Egg white, fresh 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 small Mushrooms, fresh 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Dice mushrooms and onion and shredded chicken to a pan and sauté until the onions are translucent. Add the 1 whole egg and egg white to pan and salt and pepper to taste.
