Mongolian Barbeque Bowl

Ingredients
Lamb meat, 1 tong (3 oz)NY Strip, 1 tong scallops, 1 tong shrimp, 1 tong In seperate dish:1/4 cup broccoli1/4 cup bean sprouts1/4 cup grated carrots1/4 cup mushroom slices1/4 cup onion slices1/4 cup pea pods1/4 cup Tofu squares
Directions
Grab two dishes. Meats are placed in one dish, vegetables in the other.
Pour 2 ladles of Shitake Mushroom sauce over Meat bowl,
and fill a dish with 1 ladle Mongolian Ginger Sauce/ 1 ladle Lemon Sauce.

Add any spices to either Meat or Vegetables.
Have the Grillers cook the Meats first, then add the Vegetables later, for crisper vegetables. The extra Sauce dish gets thrown on the concoction at the end.
