Squash Dressing

Ingredients
3 cups boiles squash- drained & mashed3 cups cornbread- cooked & crumbled1 small onion choppped1/2 stick margarine, melted1 can cream of chicken soupsalt & pepper to tastesage to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients.Stir until well mixed, put mixture in a 9x13" baking dish.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    I've had squash dressing before where you use corn meal instead of corn bread. It was delicious, and your recipe sounds like a winner, too. I'll try it. - 11/11/08
