1 Can Chicken Broth2 Cups V8 Vegetable JuiceHot Sauce (to taste)2 tbsp OreganoGarlic (to taste)Black PepperSalt (optional)Mushrooms (optional)Parmesean Cheese (to Garnish)1 tbsp Sofrito (or add grated onions)
Directions
Use spices to your desired taste. Heat just before boiling. Soup is good even if you do not add mushrooms. Substitute chicken broth for veggie broth if desired.
