Mediterranean Beef & Green Beans

Ingredients
1.0 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, sliced16.0 oz green beans, fresh, 1 lb, whole1.0 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added448.0 gram(s) Beef - GV Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g) - RINSED2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tsp Cumin, ground1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemonWater
Directions
Lightly oil spray bottom of pot. Add sliced onion. Add splash of water to keep pan from burning and "sautee" on medium high. Add beans and diced tomato. Stir to mix. Add seasonings (not lemon). Do not stir. Pour tomato sauce over seasonings and stir. So spray skillet lightly with oil spray. Add ground beef. Cook until fone. Rinse with water. Add beef to beans. Add 1\2 can of water. Squeeze (or pour) lemon juice over meat. Stir to mix well. Turn heat to medium and cover. Stir every five minutes until beans are cooked to your preference. Serve with roasted or mashed potatoes, white rice or pasta (if you must).
