Turkey Zucchini Skillet

Ingredients
20 oz (1.25lbs) Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, diced 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw. chopped 5 cup, Zucchini, quartered and sliced 1 can Canned Tomatoes with juices 1 clove Garlic, minced 1 tbsp herb seasoning (rustic or Italian)2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt 6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Saut� onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and celery over medium heat for about five minutes. Add salt, pepper, and herb seasoning. Add raw ground turkey meat to the same pan. Brown the meat while crumbling it with a spatula. Add the garlic. You can choose to saut� the zucchini in a separate pan, or add it to the same pan and cook until the zucchini is slightly soft - about 10 mins. Add the can of diced tomatoes with juices, stir well. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed. Serve on a plate then top with 1 tbsp of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
