Slow Cooker BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Ingredients
113 g (1 cup) Onions, raw 272 g (2 whole) Green Peppers (bell peppers) 170 g (6 oz) tomato paste 100 g (.5 cup) packed Brown Sugar 60 g (.25 cup) apple cider vinegar 7 g (1 tbsp) Chili powder 6 g (1 tsp) Salt 20 g (2 tsp) Worcestershire Sauce 5 g (1 tsp) Mustard, dry 5 g (1 tsp) hot sauce 907 g (2 lb) Pork
Directions
Chop the onions and green peppers.

Cube the pork.

Mix all ingredients except pork in slow cooker. Mix well.

Stir in pork.

Cover.

Cook on low 8 hours.

Stir and shred meat before serving. Great for sandwiches.
