Pasta con Queso and Sausage

Ingredients
2 cup Great Value Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta 4 serving Eckrich Jalapeno & Cheddar Smoked Sausage 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 10 tbsp Cheese sauce, Tostitos Salsa Con Queso .5 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
Directions
Boil pasta to al dente, 8-9 minutes

Cut broccoli into florets, wash and microwave for about 2 minutes to start the cooking process.

Dice the onion and pepper. Cut the sausage into bite-size rings. Saute the pepper and onion in the oil, add the sausage and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the steamed broccoli and cook another 2-3 minutes till the broccoli is bright green but still crisp. Add the queso and add the drained pasta and stir to coat. Heat through for a few minutes. Can also add a can of Rotel with few added calories!
