3 Cups lightly packed Basil leaves4 tsp Garlic (minced).5 lemon yields Lemon Juice (+ 1 tsp lemon zest)1 tsp Garlic powder 1/3 cup tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/3 cup Pine Nuts 10 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper)
In a food processor pulse all ingredients MINUS the oil.
Once chopped coresely, slowly pour in the oil as you blend - emulsifying the oil with the mix. Adjust garlic, pepper, and other seasoning to your taste.
