Ingredients
16 oz Bob Evans, Italian Roll Sausage (by MSAQUAMARINE) 6 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .34 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) 2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 10 serving hash browns frozed - cubed - 2oz. serving 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 clove Garlic .25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
brown & drain sausage - saute onions peppers and garlic - whisk eggs, milk and black pepper - combine all with 1.5 c. of shredded cheddar cheese and place into sprayed 11 x 13 pan. cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 8 serving pieces.
