1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .25 cup Milk, 3.25% 2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Boil water. Mix flour, egg, and milk until a loose dough forms. Place dough on a wet cutting board. Using a wet knife, cut small strips of dough and place in boiling water. When spätzle floats to the top, remove it with a slotted spoon and drain. This can be done in batches. Once all is cooked, melt butter in a dying pan and pan fry noodles just before serving.
