Ingredients
4 oz Pork Loin Chop, Grilled Boneless Center Cut (by LIMASTAR) 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup Peas, Birdseye Frozen Select Sweet Garden Peas 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
chop meat & onion & celery, saute in oil or bacon grease until tender. add cold cooked rice, separating grains. whisk in egg with pepper & soy sauce. add frozen peas at end, keep warm.
