2.6 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)4.0 cup Spinach, fresh2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil780.0 gram Gardein beefless ground3.0 cup sprouts organic garlic pasta sauce3.0 cup sprouts organic mushroom pasta sauce7.0 cup Spaghetti Squash
Half and deseed 2 spaghetti squash. bake skin side up at 400F for 45 min
Saute mushrooms and spinach with olive oil in a pan 5-10 min. Add 2 jars of pasta sauce and 2 packages gardein beefless ground and simmer approx 15 min.
Remove spaghetti squash from oven. Use a fork to remove flesh in strands from the skin into a large bowl. Combine with the bolognese sauce and serve
