Ingredients
1 serving Vega Energizing Smoothie -Vanilla Almond .25 cup Wegmans Frozen Chopped Spinach .15 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .10 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin .25 serving Baby Carrots, raw (3oz = 9pcs = 1 serving) .50 cup GREAT VALUE Berry Medley (frozen Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and red raspberries)
Directions
Place all ingredients and 4 ice cubes in a blender. I use the Magic Bullet. Blend until smooth, pour into your favorite mug or to-go container, pop a straw into it and ENJOY!
