Ingredients
21 oz Boneless Stewing Beef--choice chuck 1 cup Broth - Beef Broth Fat Free (Campbells) low sodium (by SLIMLEIGH1) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 cup Sour Cream 0.125 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 tsp Mustard, Dijion, Great Value (by AKHAPPIE) 16 oz Egg Noodles, enriched 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tsp Paprika
Directions
Cook stew beef, broth, mushrooms, onion, paprika and garlic in slow cooker (4 hrs on high, 6-8 hrs on low). Mix sour cream, flour, and dijion mustard and then stir into mixture in slow cooker. Cook on low for 15 minutes. Add cooked egg noodles, stir to combine. Serve
