2 boxes of sugar free instant pistachio pudding2 eight ounce cans of fruit in pineapple or pear juice (your choice: berry mix or tropical)4 cups of skim milkcoconut flakes (optional)
Directions
Prepare the pudding as directed with the milk. Chill for about ten minutes. Then mix the fruit and coconut flakes with the pudding. Ready to eat!
