Shredded Chicken taco meat

Ingredients
4 lbs Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast1 large Onions, raw 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1.5 Jalapeno Peppers 2 chicken Bullion cubes 2 tsp Cumin (ground) 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Morton Fine Sea Salt water
Directions
Chop up all vegetables . Place Chicken breast in large pot toss in vegetables and seasoning. Cover with water and simmer 3-5 hours. when done if needed turn up heat and boil away water. using 2 forks shred chicken.
