275 grams Ground beef, lean 1.9 cup Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style 3.5 cup Mashed Potatoes 4 tbsp Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream) 0.77 cup Beans, black .5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Fry hamburger and drain. add chopped vegetables and beans and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add Tex Mex seasoning to taste. Transfer hamburger mix to 8x8 pan, pour small can of creamed corn over it and then top with mashed potatoes. Heat the entire pan together for 20 minutes at 350.
