1.0 tbsp Curry powder1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw8.0 cup Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown4.0 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream1.25 cup Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup1.25 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)2.25 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar8.0 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz4.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium1.0 cup Chobani Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
Preheat oven to 350°
Season chicken with curry salt and pepper. Brown chicken and onions and set aside.
Combine soups, yogurt, and sour cream.
Add rice and chicken broth. Should have an oatmeal consistency.
Add chicken mixture and spoon into baking pan. I used 2 pans- a 9x13 and a 6x9.
Sprinkle with some of the cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove and add remaining cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
