Whole Spelt banana chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients
2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2.66 cup spelt, whole flour organic (by KJMOMOF4) .5 cup Safflower Oil, oleic .5 tsp Salt .3 tbsp Bicarbonate of Soda (by LIZZY63) .3 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Cinammon, ground (by FANTASM01) 2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips (parve)
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350˚
mash bananas with fork, Add rest of ingredients, Don't over mix. Spoon into muffin pan, lined with cupcake papers. Bake for about 18 minutes. Makes 12
