4 cups (1 quart) Chicken Broth 4 cups shredded Cabbage1 cup chopped or diced tomatoes 1 pound ground veal 2 cups green beans cut into bite sized pieces 3 cups artichoke piecesSpices: to your taste: ground pepper, basil, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, cardamom, vegetable powder, chili powder
Brown the veal with the spices. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Simmer for 1 hour; Add tomatoes and simmer 30 more minutes.
